TIMELINE
Everyone has its own version of the stages we live throught our lives. Here is mine based on my experiences.
BABY (0-3 years)- It's the time when you don't remember anything about what happened but you just enjoyed being spoiled by all the members of your family.
INFANT, CHILDHOOD (4-12 years)- Everything seemed to be easy-going in my life. There was no drama, lots of fun, and the members of my family were close.
TEEN (13-17 years)- I had strong emotional changes, everything was drama in my family and slowly it got broken apart. But also it was a good time because I made great friends and had lots of fun with them. I experienced love, heartbreak, and other stuff that are good memories now.
YOUNG ADULT (18-... YEARS)- When you turn 18 you gain more responsabilities but also experience more freedom in your choices. It's the time to dream big and also work hard to accomplish what you expect of your future but also be prepared to the unexpected.
ESSAY
How to sleep peacefully "the only way to have a peaceful mind and life".
Are you tired all the time but have insomio all night long? Here I will give you some tips to sleep well . Remember that sleeping is the only way to have a peaceful mind and life. You can accomplish it by avoidin stress, not leaving something pending, and being happy.
I know it sounds impossible to not have stress these days but there is an easy way of being stress-free. Make time for yourself. When you start feeling stressed take a break. In the break you can do stuff that you like, it is a perfect time for hobbies. Also, you can exercise, you are letting out the stress a getting stronger your health.
Another important way to be stress-free is don't leaving pending stuff. Never leave things undone. I know sometimes you don't feel like doing homework and rather watch Netflix all afternoon long. But there is no better sleep than when you don't have nothing pending.
Last but not least, you have to be happy. The only barrier for not being happy is yourself. To be happy you need to learn to forgive others and move on. Don't overthink stuff that hurts you. To avoid this you can do your favorite hobby or do some exercise instead of overthinking.
This has helped me these last years and I can say that it has worked for me. I hope that you can get peaceful rest at night by being stress-free, leaving things done, and being happy.
